The root of the Unnamed Tree ∞/∞ series lies in programming. As the development of the programming's options went further it became necessary to also update the Unnamed Tree project.

 

This created an app that enables you to plant Unnamed Trees as virtual sculptures at real places via AR and then experience these via the smartphone. 

 

The latest update of the concept is the dARwin app enabling users to develop their own AR sculptures with individual shapes and materials and to subsequently erect them in public spaces. The smartphone thus becomes a pencil, a forming tool in a participative understanding of art in the 21st century.
