2011 - 2013
The second generation of the Unnamed Tree algorithm came with a more natural and plastic depiction of the tree structure. Now, it grows in two directions. In this way, the tree's crown and root balls are recognizable as almost symmetric ends of the same growth movement with a visible forming on the one hand, and a normally concealed one on the other. This dualistic depiction led to numerous artistic compositions, respectively again in different materials and techniques. In a comprehensible way, the depiction of what is normally concealed offered an especially aesthetic question.
